Apex Solar and Electrical have been established for over 15 years, we have a solid reputation and a healthy work stream. Our focus is on quality products and professional workmanship, providing technical renewable energy solutions for residential customers along the Mid North Coast, with a special interest on off grid and hybrid battery systems.

We are looking for a fit, motivated and reliable individual to join our team as either an electrical apprentice (focussing on solar), or a solar labourer to assist in the installation of solar panels.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the setup and preparation of solar equipment and tools on job sites, working on roofs and lifting panels.

• Providing assistance to solar electricians in all aspects of their work during solar panel and battery installations, and general systems maintenance.

• Maintaining equipment and restocking vans.

• Ensuring efficient, safe and quality work with adherence to best practice and regulatory requirements.

Must have the following:

• Full NSW driver’s license.

• White Card.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with customers if necessary.

• Team player able to work closely and take instruction from other crew members.

• Physically fit and able to work in a physically demanding role.

• Experience working in a trade assistant/labouring capacity preferable – not essential for an apprentice postition.
